Job description

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, fostering relationships, and providing technical expertise to municipal clients. We want someone who is self-driven, has a penchant for establishing good relationships with municipal corporation staff, and can convincingly present how our solutions are game changers for water & sewer pipeline management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to target and acquire municipal corporation clients.
  • Build & maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within municipal corporations.
  • Provide technical consultation and support to clients during the sales process.
  • Prepare tenders & deliver presentations, proposals & demos tailored to municipal needs.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and the competitive landscape within the municipal Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
  • Proven experience of 10 to 16 years in technical sales with municipal corporations (mandatory).
  • Strong understanding of municipal procurement processes and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • This position involves frequent travel to meet clients or attend industry events.
