Were seeking a hands-on Team Leader Full Stack who combines deep technical expertise with strong people leadership to guide a high-performing team and deliver reliable scalable and secure solutions using JavaScript .NET React SQL and AWS .

Role Overview

As a Team Leader Full Stack you will lead a team of software engineers while actively contributing to solution design coding and deployment. Youll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end features and ensure technical excellence across the stack.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being both a builder and a leader driving outcomes through mentorship and technical depth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of 58 engineers driving technical excellence and accountability.
• Architect design and implement web applications using .NET Core (C#) and SQL Server .
• Collaborate with Product Managers Architects and QA teams to deliver high-quality features on schedule.
• Own code quality design reviews and best practice enforcement across the team.
• Deploy and maintain applications on AWS leveraging services like EC2 S3 Lambda RDS and ECS.
• Define and implement CI / CD pipelines and monitor system performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the stack.
• Actively participate in sprint planning estimation and retrospectives.
• Support hiring onboarding and skill development initiatives within the GCC.
