Position Overview :

The Associate – COE Allied Industry will play a key role in strengthening process reliability and operational excellence across heavy process industries such as chemicals, food & beverage, and other allied sectors. The role involves deep analysis of plant data, identifying performance deviations, and driving actionable improvements while standardizing best practices across customer sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze plant data to identify deviations in performance, golden batch adherence, yield, quality, uptime, and energy efficiency.
• Recommend corrective actions and drive measurable improvements using ODR Framework.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate insights into concrete customer outcomes.
• Standardize and document best practices across industries and multiple client locations.
• Act as a subject matter expert in process reliability, operational excellence, and process optimization.
