Role Overview

As a Performance Marketer, you’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns across platforms like Meta, Google, and LinkedIn to achieve lead generation and brand growth goals. This role is ideal for someone with

0–2 years of experience

who has handled ad budgets, understands audience behavior, and has delivered proven results through performance campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute paid ad campaigns across Meta, Google, and other digital channels.
• Manage and optimize ad budgets to maximize ROI and reduce cost per lead (CPL).
• Monitor daily campaign performance, analyze data, and generate actionable insights.
• Collaborate with the creative team to align ad messaging and visuals for better engagement.
• Conduct A / B testing on creatives, copy, and targeting to improve performance metrics.
• Build, track, and report campaign KPIs such as CTR, conversion rate, CPL, and ROAS.
• Stay updated on AI and automation tools that can enhance ad performance.
• Contribute ideas for growth experiments and audience segmentation strategies.

Requirements

0–2 years

of hands-on experience in performance marketing / paid campaigns.

Experience in lead generation / running ads in

international markets

(ex - US, UK, UAE etc)

Proven record of managing ad budgets and delivering measurable results.
