Hr Manager - Educational Institution

Location : Greater Noida | Full-Time

Accurate Group of Institutions is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager with a strong background in the education sector to lead and manage end-to-end HR operations for our growing campus.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the complete recruitment cycle for teaching and non-teaching positions.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through portals, consultants, and direct applications.
• Coordinate interviews, demo sessions, and selection processes with department heads.
• Maintain a strong talent pipeline for all departments.
• Handle offer letters, appointment letters, background checks & document verification.
• Conduct structured induction programs for new joiners.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases as per institutional norms.
• Manage attendance, leave records, and monthly HR MIS reports.
• Handle confirmation, appraisal documentation, and contract renewals.
• Oversee employee grievance redressal and ensure employee engagement.
• Take care of resignation acceptance, notice period tracking, exit interviews & FNF coordination.
• Issue experience & relieving letters in a timely manner.
• Ensure adherence to institutional code of conduct and discipline norms.
• Plan HR initiatives for faculty development, staff training & campus culture building.
• Support performance management processes and institutional development goals.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

QUALIFICATIONS

MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent specialization.
