A Leading NBFC is looking for a dynamic Manager / Sr. Manager – Direct & Indirect Taxation to join our team in Mumbai !

📍 Location : Mumbai

🎓 Qualification : CA Qualified / CA Inter

💼 Experience : 3+ years

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage all Direct & Indirect Taxation compliances for the NBFC.
• Handle Income Tax matters : filing returns, TDS / TCS, audits, assessments, appeals & DTAA analysis.
• Review agreements and provide tax advisory on business transactions and cross-border matters (including DTAA, FEMA, and international taxation).
• Coordinate for tax audits , assessments, appeals, and represent before tax authorities.
• Handle advance tax computations , tax provisions, and deferred tax workings.
• Ensure GST compliance – returns (GSTR 1, 3B, 9, 9C), ITC reconciliation, notices, and audits.
• Liaise with tax authorities, consultants, and auditors for assessments, litigation & advisory.
• Review agreements for tax implications and ensure timely tax payments & regulatory compliance.
• Maintain MIS & reports on tax compliance and litigation.
