Engineering Manager

We are looking to hire an Engineering Manager / Technical Lead for an US AI startup. They have recently raised a Seed funding from the top investors and looking for someone who can build and lead their engineering team from scratch.

Requirements :

• 6+ years of experience in software development with 2+ years of leadership experience at top product startups
• Experience with Python, Typescript and React
• Bachelor degree from Tier-1 colleges (IITs, BITS, NITs, etc.)
• Bonus points if you're an Ex-Founder

Compensation : 1-1.5 Cr + Equity
