Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage AI projects, including Agentic AI initiatives, ensuring successful delivery within defined scope, budget, and timelines.
• Oversee data mapping, migration, and data quality projects in alignment with business and regulatory requirements.
• Plan, execute, and monitor digital transformation programs, including process digitization and customer journey optimization.
• Engage and influence senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams across global regions.
• Apply Agile delivery methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) using tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Implement and maintain project governance frameworks, including RAID logs, RACI matrices, and escalation protocols.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring transparency through structured reporting.
• Foster effective communication and collaboration across diverse teams and geographies.
