Corporate Finance Manager

Location : Mumbai & Delhi (Corporate Offices)

Job Summary

The Corporate Finance Manager will oversee financial operations, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and drive strategic financial planning for Sarovar Hotels . The ideal candidate must possess expertise in Financial systems within the hospitality sector.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize revenue and cost efficiency.

Prepare and monitor budgets, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Oversee accurate and timely financial reporting, including P&L statements and balance sheets at Hotel units.

Ensure that units adhere to financial regulations, tax laws, and internal audit requirements.

Identify opportunities for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.

Travel to units and run complete analysis of financial operations of the units.

Assist the unit HOD's with the query, problems and suggestions related to financial challenges.

Monitor liquidity and ensure efficient fund allocation.

Leverage IDS financial systems for streamlined accounting and reporting at the units.

Requirements :

MBA in Finance or CA Intermediary (Preferred).

Minimum 8 years in core finance operations with reputed hospitality brands.

Excellent communication skills.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.

IDS Systems & financial management tools.

Strong knowledge of MS office suite and Data visualisation.
