Role Purpose :
The Head of Administration will be the operational backbone of our school, ensuring that every logistical, infrastructural, and administrative process supports our vision and daily functioning. This leadership role will oversee campus operations, compliance, staff coordination, resource management, and community services, creating an environment where learning and well-being can thrive.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee day-to-day campus operations, including facilities, maintenance, safety, and security.
- Ensure classrooms, labs, hostels, dining areas, and recreational spaces are functional, clean, and inspiring.
- Lead the administrative team in managing records, scheduling, procurement, and office systems.
- Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and administrative support for non-teaching staff.
- Organise logistics for school events, parent meetings, and community engagements.
- Ensure adherence to statutory, CBSE, and local authority regulations while maintaining updated school policies.
- Serve as a bridge between the school and parents, visitors, vendors, and local authorities for all non-academic matters.
Team Collaboration :
You will work closely with the Principal, CEO, and other educational leaders to ensure that operational strategies align with academic goals, fostering a cohesive and productive school environment.
Requirements :
Education Requirements :
Bachelor's degree from a renowned institution with an exceptional academic record.Experience Requirements :
Minimum 5–10 years of experience in administrative leadership, preferably in schools or educational institutions.Technical Skills :
Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and basic financial systems.Knowledge of educational policies, school regulations, and administrative procedures.Soft Skills :
Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.Ability to work collaboratively and build a culture of service, teamwork, and accountability.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.Preferred :
