The Marketing Coordinator in the Founders Office will play a crucial role in aligning Bizpole’s marketing strategies with its growth objectives. This is a high-visibility role requiring a versatile and proactive individual with a deep understanding of digital marketing, content creation, and coordination. The candidate will work closely with the CEO and the marketing team to ensure seamless execution of marketing plans and strategies across platforms.
Key Responsibilities :
1.Content Research & Planning :
- Develop creative ideas for video content for Instagram and YouTube.
- Stay updated on industry trends, social media algorithms, and emerging content styles.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify gaps and opportunities in content strategies.
2.Marketing Plan Execution :
Assist the marketing team in executing pre-approved marketing campaigns and strategies.Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including freelancers and agencies, to ensure timely delivery of content and campaigns.3.Collaboration & Coordination :
Act as a central point of communication between the in-house marketing team, freelancers, and other agencies.Ensure all deliverables are aligned with the marketing objectives and brand guidelines.4.Strategic Support for CEO :
Assist the CEO in brainstorming and drafting marketing strategies for new launches.Provide strategic inputs and feedback on ongoing campaigns.5.Periodic Reporting :
Prepare and deliver detailed marketing performance reports to the CEO, highlighting key metrics, successes, and areas for improvement.Propose actionable insights and recommendations based on reports.Qualifications & Skills Required :
1.Professional Experience :
Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media and content creation.Hands-on experience in video content planning, shooting, and editing is a plus.2.Language Proficiency :
Fluency in Malayalam, English, and Hindi is mandatory.3.Technical Skills :
Familiarity with marketing automation tools and willingness to learn and implement automation tasks.Basic knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) is advantageous.4.Soft Skills :
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proactive, self-motivated, and highly organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks.5.Additional Requirements :
Willingness to travel as required for shoots, campaigns, or events.A growth mindset and the ability to adapt to dynamic business environments.
