Role Overview
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new customers, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role is perfect for someone who is energetic, target-driven, and excited to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and networking.Conduct product demos and presentations to prospective clients.Understand customer pain points and pitch product solutions effectively.Manage end-to-end sales cycle—from prospecting to closing deals.Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business.Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to improve messaging and customer experience.Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).1–2 years of sales experience (B2B SaaS / startup sales preferred, but not mandatory).Strong communication and persuasive selling skills.Hands-on experience in lead generation and cold outreach.Comfortable giving product demos via phone / video.Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to grow in a startup environment.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Nice to Have
Experience selling software or technology products.Familiarity with startup culture.Prior experience with inside sales or business development.What We Offer
