Job Description
- Own and evolve brand identity across digital and physical platforms
- Lead creative teams including designers and content specialists
- Manage social media strategy across Instagram, YouTube, and more
- Ensure brand consistency across campaigns, packaging, and retail
- Drive offline initiatives like pop-ups and influencer activations
- Monitor brand performance and optimize for engagement
- Own cataloguing and styling to reflect brand aesthetics
The Successful Applicant
- 8+ years in brand management, ideally with new-age consumer / fashion brands
- Strong understanding of fashion and consumer behavior
- Proven leadership in creative and campaign management
- Expertise in social media and content strategy
- Passion for blending offline and digital brand experiences
- Excellent communication and project management skills
