Recruitment (Lateral / Campus)
- Coordinate all recruitment activities from sourcing to make the person on board.
- Coordinate and conduct personal interviews at various levels.
- Check formal salary offers & salary negotiations.
- Ensure closure of positions till onboarding of the candidate and take care of joining formalities with respect to TA
- Take part in campus recruitment.
- Conduct campus drives PAN India & recruit freshers for different locations.
- Handle project based hiring & ensure timely closures
Recruitment Budget, Planning & MIS
Review the attrition data, past AOP / MTP requirements, expansion, campus requirements and foresee the critical future position which might come up.Prepare recruitment budget by coordinating with the location spocs & finalizing the recruitment numbers (AOP / MTP) '-Ensure reconciliation of manpower numbers and cost (MTP / AOP / Actuals and Budgets)Team Handling
Plan resources & proper alignment of the team membersGroom the team members on the basis of their interest level and capabilities and check their competencies and work on their improvement planEnsue proper work delegation among team members.Lead, direct and develop the team to ensure that the right level of service and support is provided to the people in the business and ensure the seamless functioning of all the activities.Conduct target setting discussion across locationsEnsure compilation & the review the normalization curveDecide the increment percentage and check plan vs actual and ensure the same is not going above the budgetConduct discussions with PHs & COOsRelease appraisal lettersEnsure PMS is completed across BUs within the defined timeline.Ensure MP / CP is being followedHRMS Automation
Ensure HRMS implementation for recruitment, Campus & PMS module as per scheduleRelationship Building
Vendor Management
Relationship management with the hiring managers including the senior level management.Handle vendors like multiple consultants & vendors like Naukri.Ensure checking and timely payment of all the vendors like Naukri, pre-employment assessment, probe etc.
MIS & others
Maintain monthly CMD MIS, new joinee report and prepare data with respect to TA activities as & when required 'Ensure updation of new joinees CTC on Darwin Box portalEnsure participation in weekly reviews / MOMs / Team reviews in a structured way
Ensure weekly reviews with Hiring Manager to discuss the progress on all the open positions and discuss challenges, if any with counterplan
Any other tasks to be assigned by your Reporting Manager
Qualifications
