Job Description – Accounts & Administrative Executive

Location : Tashkent / Samarkand, Republic of Uzbekistan

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts & Administrative Executive to manage our accounting operations and oversee administrative functions. This role requires close coordination between our Central Asia offices and Delhi headquarters to ensure smooth financial and operational processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accounting & Finance
  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations using Tally ERP / MS Excel.
  • Handle cash and bank transactions, reconciliation, and payment processing.
  • Prepare and maintain financial statements, reports, and ledgers.
  • Administration & Coordination
  • Oversee office administration, including documentation and operational compliance.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports for management.
  • Coordinate with internal teams across Delhi and Central Asia to ensure smooth operations.
  • Cross-Border Support
  • Liaise with finance and administrative teams in Central Asia for reporting and audits.
  • Support management in optimizing financial processes across international locations.

Requirements

  • Experience : Minimum 5+ years in accounting, financial reporting, and office administration.
  • Technical Skills :
  • Proficiency in Tally ERP and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and reconciliation processes.
  • Communication : Excellent English proficiency (both written and spoken).
  • Mobility : Willingness to travel to Tashkent and Samarkand
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and coordination skills.
