Secretary and Legal Compliance Lead

Our client, a leading real estate developer, is searching for a visionary Company Secretary as client is in the process of strengthening our Secretarial, Compliance, and Fund Governance functions to support new business structures, including investments to and from Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs).

Qualification : Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). Additional qualification in Law, Finance, or Investment / Fund Management will be an advantage.

CTC Offered for this role is 20-25 Lacs max

About the Role

To lead the Secretarial and Compliance function, ensuring full compliance with all statutory, legal, and regulatory requirements under the Companies Act, SEBI, RERA, AIF Regulations , and other applicable laws. The incumbent will serve as a strategic advisor to the CFO & Management on governance, risk, and compliance matters across all group entities and fund structures.

Responsibilities : -

• Secretarial Functions ( Board Meetings, Committee Meetings, and General Meetings )
• Company Related Secretarial & Compliances
• Corporate Governance & Risk Management
• Liaison & Stakeholder Management ( ROC, SEBI, RERA, MCA, fund trustees, auditors, and investors. )
