Position : Event Management & Exhibition Stall Designer

Experience : 1–3 Years (Event / Exhibition Industry must)

Salary Range : 3.5 LPA – 6 LPA

Location : Chennai

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Event Management & Exhibition Stall Designer who has hands-on experience in designing exhibition booths, event layouts, branding collaterals, and coordinating with fabrication teams. The candidate must come with prior industry experience.

Key Responsibilities

Create 3D stall designs, event layouts, branding concepts, and visualizations as per client requirements.

Develop creative design concepts for exhibitions, expos, conferences, and corporate events.

Work closely with marketing, sales, and fabrication teams to ensure design feasibility and clarity.

Prepare technical drawings, material specifications, and detailed plans for production.

Manage branding elements—backdrops, standees, signage, LED walls, hanging banners, etc.

Ensure all designs are aligned with brand guidelines and project timelines.

Communicate with vendors, production teams, and clients for design approvals.

Oversee execution at the venue when required (basic event coordination).

Required Skills & Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in event management / exhibition stall designing.

Strong proficiency in design tools :

3ds Max / SketchUp, AutoCAD, CorelDRAW, Photoshop, Illustrator

Good understanding of fabrication materials, printing, and event production processes.

Ability to convert client briefs into workable creative designs.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to work under tight deadlines and deliver high-quality output.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with exhibition organizers, fabrication companies, or event agencies.

Knowledge of budgeting, vendor coordination, and on-site execution.
