Technical Project Manager

About the Role

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player will handle all the resources and coordination from a technical standpoint. You must set and achieve objectives, ensure both top quality and control of the project, handle client and vendor interaction, and act as the subject expert.

Experience :

10+ years in enterprise IT with a technical foundation

5+ years delivering Agile projects in cross-functional teams

• Lead Agile software delivery using SAFe methodology
• Manage cross-functional Scrum teams (2+ teams)
• Sprint planning, backlog grooming, risk mitigation
• Strong JIRA skills : product backlog, sprint tracking, JQL
• Experience with AWS, Angular, JavaScript, .Net, SAP, HTML / CSS
• Prototyping via Design Thinking / Design Sprints
• Cloud / infrastructure coordination & deployment handling

Agile Coaching & SAFe Facilitation (SSM / SASM / SA Preferred)

Scrum Ceremonies, Team Management

JIRA Reporting, MS Office, Stakeholder Engagement

Design Sprint Facilitation, Risk Identification

Collaboration with Infra / Cloud / UX / Business
