YOUR ROLE :
A chance to make the difference.
- Lead and mentor a team of software developers, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
- Collaborate with product management, design, QA, and support to ensure product requirements are met and customer issues are resolved.
- Drive sprint planning, estimation, and team alignment to deliver on roadmap goals.
- Maintain development standards through code reviews, automated testing, and process improvements.
- Monitor software performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage product lifecycle activities.
- Foster cross-team communication, continuous improvement, and alignment with overall company strategy. WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR :
- 3Proven experience in software development with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Experience in working with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and quality assurance.
- Strong expertise in modern development practices, methodologies, and lifecycle management.
- Solid knowledge of C++, Python, experienced in C# / WPF
- Experience with 3D modeling
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with proficiency in English
- Excellent leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong problem-solving, prioritization, and analytical abilities.
- Commitment to quality, continuous improvement, and adaptability in a fast-changing environment.
