Main Accountabilities :
Support to service, marketing, and sales teams with stock availability detailsRespond efficiently to all customer queries with reliable and accurate informationCommunicate delivery date confirmation within the Sennheiser ERP systemHighlight and provide all information on constrained items (work within the Stock Allocation Workbench)Demand Planning and purchasing of local stock (e.g. for local demand, samples, events, demo stock, merchandise)Re-balancing of stock levels in the local warehouse(s) as required, to ensure best delivery possible based on forecast and current demand.Stock transfer between local warehouses, consideration of import and export guidelines.Responsible for controlling and scrapping for the local warehousesReturning of goods to KG if neededResponsible for local item master data, pricing and create related reportsProcess item or stock related information e.g. stop notices, phase in, phase outs, pricelistsEnsure Service Level Agreements are fulfilled and sustainedKey Dimensions :
