Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Meta Ads Expert based in Delhi, India. The Meta Ads Expert will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns to achieve business objectives. Key responsibilities include developing ad strategies, monitoring campaign performance, conducting A / B testing, analyzing advertising metrics, and generating detailed performance reports. The role also involves collaborating with the content and design teams to produce engaging ad creatives, ensuring alignment with overall brand objectives.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Plan, create, and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns to achieve performance goals (leads, sales, or engagement).
• Conduct audience research, ad copy creation, and creative testing to improve ROI.
• Monitor and optimize campaigns daily for CPC, CTR, CPA, and ROAS .
• Set up and manage Facebook Pixel, Conversion API, and custom events to track accurate campaign performance.
• Collaborate with the design and content team for effective ad creatives.
• Implement and manage marketing automation workflows (email drip campaigns, lead nurturing, re-engagement, etc.).
• Integrate CRM and automation tools (like HubSpot, Zoho, Active Campaign, or similar) with Meta Ads for smooth lead flow.
• Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and improvement suggestions.
• Stay updated with the latest Meta policies, trends, and algorithm updates .
