Job descriptionThis role ensures accurate financial management, supports strategic decision-making, and maintains compliance with statutory requirements. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work closely with leadership to drive financial efficiency and growth. Monitor and analyze financial performance, highlighting risks and opportunities. Manage cash flow, working capital, and investment activities. Ensure timely completion of statutory audits, tax filings, and regulatory compliance. Oversee accounts payable / receivable, payroll, and reconciliations. Implement and maintain strong internal controls and financial processes. Provide financial insights to support business growth, cost optimization, and strategic initiatives. Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for project costing, pricing, and financial planning. Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and financial models for management review. Approve and monitor admin-related expenses. Ensure vendor payments. Negotiate contracts with suppliers and service providers for cost efficiency. Office & Facilities Management. Compliance & Risk Management. Travel Management. People & Support Educational Qualification : Chartered Accountant (CA) mandatory. 5 - 8 years of progressive experience in finance and accounts (experience in IT / technology sector preferred). Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and compliance requirements. Proficiency in financial software / ERP systems ( Zoho, Tally, etc. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Strong leadership and team management abilities. High integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure. Strategic financial planning. Risk management and compliance. Business acumen and decision support. Process improvement and automation mindset. Leadership and collaboration.
