Job descriptionHands-on experience with Forti Web Application Firewall , FortiPAM , and Forcepoint DLP / Web Security Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities Familiarity with SOC operations, ticketing platforms, and vulnerability management Good communication and documentation skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, security-driven environment Onboard and offboard applications on Forti WAF Perform daily application and service health checks Manage configuration, policies, and solution performance Investigate threats, alerts, and technical issues Handle tickets and provide timely resolution Onboard / offboard devices and administrators Daily health checks and system monitoring Manage and optimize PAM configurations and policies Handle related service requests and incident tickets Manage DLP and Web Security solutions (cloud + on-prem) Create and modify security policies as needed Review and release emails where applicable Investigate DLP incidents and document findings Generate periodic reports and insights Handle tickets and user issues promptly Triage, manage, and route security tickets from SOC Work on vulnerability management tickets and follow up on remediation Contribute to overall security hygiene and process improvements Maintain foundational understanding of security principles and technologies Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills. Ability to lead technical discussions and mentor junior team members. Work with a modern IAM stack and enterprise-scale identity programs.
