About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern who’s eager to learn and contribute across various HR functions, especially recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations. This is a hands-on learning opportunity to understand how HR supports people in a purpose-driven mental health organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases (new hires, changes, exits, etc.)
• Support onboarding of new hires : preparing documentation, orientation scheduling, and liaising with other departments for a smooth joining
• Assist in employee engagement and internal HR initiatives / events
• Handle basic employee queries
• Help with administrative HR work
• Stay updated with labour laws / basic HR compliance practices relevant for India (or local region) and assist in compliance tasks as needed.
• Any other ad-hoc HR projects as assigned
