Role Overview

The Editor-in-Chief will be responsible for defining, executing, and elevating the editorial vision for OnDot Media’s entire portfolio of publications. This role requires a blend of strategic leadership, newsroom management, industry expertise, and an instinct for producing content that informs, engages, and influences global B2B business and technology audiences.

You will own the editorial roadmap, lead a team of editors and writers, uphold journalistic standards, and ensure our publications remain authoritative, credible, and innovative.

Key Responsibilities :

Editorial Leadership & Strategy

• Develop and execute the overarching editorial strategy for all OnDot Media brands.
• Define the editorial calendar, content direction, and key thematic pillars for each publication.
• Maintain a consistent, differentiated editorial voice that aligns with brand positioning.
• Oversee development of long-form, short-form, multimedia, and research-driven content.
