Portal Administrator

We are looking for a Portal Administrator who will be responsible for managing and maintaining various business portals, ensuring data accuracy, timely updates, and smooth operations. The candidate should have strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience working on CRM systems.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage, update, and maintain company data on internal and external portals.
• Upload and verify property / client / project details (depending on business type).
• Ensure timely and accurate information flow between teams and the portal.
• Maintain and update CRM records, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
• Prepare regular reports and dashboards using MS Excel and CRM tools.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, and operations teams for data collection and updates.
• Handle basic troubleshooting and escalate technical issues to IT / support teams when needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies while managing confidential data.
• Support management with administrative and data analysis tasks when required.
