Technical Lead Consultant - Oracle PL-SQL

Description : About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead Consultant with strong expertise in PL / SQL development and hands-on exposure to the Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) domain.

The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end application design, development, and optimization efforts while ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability across business-critical systems.

This role requires a strong technical foundation in Oracle PL / SQL, experience with WMS solutions, and the ability to mentor teams while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the design, development, and optimization of applications leveraging Oracle PL / SQL.
• Architect and implement complex database solutions with a focus on performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Work closely with business teams to understand WMS domain requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Develop and maintain stored procedures, triggers, functions, and packages to support enterprise applications.
• Optimize SQL queries and ensure database best practices are followed across development teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, QA, and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth deployments.
• Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and code reviews for junior developers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production and non-production environments efficiently.
• Participate in requirement analysis, solution design, testing, and deployment phases of projects.
