Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Patient Navigator / Case Manager. The role involves guiding patients through personalized care journeys, coordinating with oncologists and healthcare providers, and supporting the implementation of precision oncology services. You will assist in educating patients about genomic tests, facilitating seamless communication between stakeholders, managing case documentation, and ensuring high-quality patient experiences. Collaborating closely with the medical team, you will advocate for patient needs and provide empathetic support throughout their treatment process.
