Job descriptionStrong understanding of SAP S / 4HANA modules (FI-CO, MM, Ariba, Fieldglass, Concur). Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and ASAP framework. Knowledge of SAP integration points and data migration processes. Jira, Azure Boards or similar Agile project management tools. Sprint planning, backlog grooming, and velocity tracking. Leading Scrum teams and reporting of scrum metrics and optimising flow and predictability etc. Scrum Master Certification. MS Project, SAP Solution Manager, or equivalent. Budgeting, resource planning, and reporting.

The Scrum Master / Project Manager is responsible for leading SAP S / 4HANA implementation projects using Agile methodologies, ensuring timely delivery, quality outcomes, and stakeholder alignment. This role combines Agile leadership with traditional project management skills, focusing on SAP Finance, Procurement, and related modules. The position requires strong experience in Scrum practices, SAP project delivery, and cross-functional team management.
Desired Competencies (Technical / Behavioral Competency)
10+ years of experience in Scrum / project management, with at least 5 years in SAP programs.
