We’re hiring passionate Technical Support Engineers (IC2 – Platform Technologies) to join a global technical support team driving customer success for ServiceNow — one of the world’s leading digital workflow platforms.

⚙️ What You’ll Do

• Troubleshoot and resolve platform, database, and integration-related issues on ServiceNow.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for incidents and ensure permanent fixes.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure a world-class customer experience.
• Create knowledge base articles and drive internal process improvements.
• Participate in rotational on-call / weekend support for global customers.

🎯 Must-Have Skills

✅ Strong foundation in Relational Databases (MySQL / Oracle)

✅ Experience in Linux / Unix or Windows Server environments

✅ Working knowledge of Web Application Stack (server, browser, DB layers)

✅ Hands-on experience with Scripting (JavaScript / Python / Shell / PowerShell)

✅ Strong analytical thinking & troubleshooting mindset

✅ Excellent communication & customer-handling skills

💡 Good-to-Have

✨ Experience with the ServiceNow platform

✨ Understanding of ITIL , SaaS / PaaS models

✨ Familiarity with Splunk or log analysis tools

✨ Passion for continuous learning & problem-solving

🧠 Eligibility

🎓 Bachelor’s in Computer Science / IT

OR

💼 2+ years of relevant experience in technical support or software debugging
