Senior UKG Consultant

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Consultant with proven expertise in UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM), specifically across the Timekeeping, Accruals, and Integration (Boomi) modules.

The ideal candidate will have end-to-end project lifecycle experience, from requirements gathering and configuration to deployment and post-go-live support and hold certification in at least one UKG Pro WFM module.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver end-to-end implementations of UKG Pro WFM modules (Timekeeping, Accruals, Integrations).
• Collaborate with clients to gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
• Configure, test, and deploy UKG Pro WFM solutions following best practices and client specifications.
• Manage and support system integrations using Dell Boomi or similar middleware tools.
• Provide expertise in time management, accrual policies, and data integration.
• Facilitate client workshops, testing sessions, and training activities.
• Support all phases of the project lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction.
