Center Manager

Qualifications :   Graduate / Post Graduate preferably in Social Sciences or other equivalent / appropriate qualification

Experience :   2- 3 years of experience in managing Vocational Training Programs. Candidates with prior experience in social sector preferred

Travel :   Travel to HO / Employers' offices / Community locations and other places as per requirement

Job Description :

Centre Administration :

• Take lead to ensure the smooth functioning of the centre and manage the overall day to day operation to ensure efficient utilization of available resources
• Ensure Standard Operating Procedures are followed at centres assigned
• Timely start and completion of each batch.
• Coordinate with the HO team to meet resource requirements at centre and resolve any operational issues like HR, IT and so on.
• Upkeep and maintenance of all assets and equipment purchased for the Centre.
• Timely updating all other official documents / records pertaining to the centre as proof of evidences as mandated by DBM Trust / Donors / Sponsors / Other Partners and as per SOP in required formats
• Monitor the daily performances and conduct performance reviews of all centre staffs to ensure timely and quality completion of all tasks.
