Job Title : Quadient Senior Developer – Dynamic Communications & Scaler

Location : Pan India

Job Summary :

We are looking for a highly skilled Quadient Senior Developer with strong hands-on experience in Quadient Inspire Dynamic Communications and Scaler to design, build, and optimize complex customer communication solutions. The candidate will play a key role in implementing scalable, modular, and interactive communication templates that support omnichannel delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and configure templates using Quadient Inspire Designer and Dynamic Communications for personalized, rule-driven, and interactive communications.
• Design and implement high-volume document generation workflows using Quadient Scaler to ensure optimal performance and load distribution.
• Collaborate with solution architects and business analysts to convert functional requirements into technical designs.
• Ensure all templates adhere to branding, compliance, and accessibility standards (e.G., PDF / UA).
• Optimize document logic, layout, and output channels (print, email, SMS, web).
• Build and support workflows using Quadient Automation and integrate with upstream / downstream systems (e.G., CRMs, databases, print services).
• Troubleshoot issues in production and non-production environments, ensuring high availability and reliability.
• Support QA teams with test data, template validation, and performance tuning.
• Document solution components, configuration settings, and reusable artifacts.
