They will also act as a primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships, addressing client inquiries, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. The role will involve reporting operational outcomes, analyzing performance metrics, and recommending process improvements to enhance efficiency. Qualifications

Operations Management and Workflow Optimization skills

Client Relationship Management and Customer Support expertise

Project Coordination and Performance Analysis skills

Proficiency in Communication, Problem-Solving, and Team Collaboration

Proficiency in tools and software relevant to operational management

Strong organizational and time-management abilities

Experience in a client-facing or operational-focused role is a plus
