Key Responsibilities :

Design and configure Dynamics 365 solutions across modules (Sales, Customer Service, CRM etc.)

Customize forms, workflows, dashboards, and reports

Support pre-sales activities, including demos, proposals, and effort estimation

Stay updated on the latest D365 features and recommend improvements
