Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Payroll Assistant Manager to lead our payroll services team. This position comes with responsibility for managing client payroll engagements end-to-end, ensuring compliance with Indian statutory requirements, reviewing deliverables. Key Responsibilities
Client Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned payroll clients.
Understand client requirements and design appropriate payroll solutions.
Handle client onboarding, transitions, and queries in a professional manner.
Build strong client relationships through proactive communication and consistent service quality.
Payroll Review and Delivery
Review payroll computations prepared by the team for accuracy and compliance.
