We’re Hiring : Technical Sales Executive

Locations : Ahmedabad | Surat | Rajkot

Experience : Freshers or 1+ Years

Industry : Fragrance, Flavour, Cosmetics, Chemicals

We’re looking for motivated individuals to join our team and grow in a technical sales role within the fragrance and flavor industry .

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and manage B2B customer relationships across cosmetics, personal care, home care, and FMCG segments
  • Understand client requirements and recommend tailored fragrance / flavor solutions
  • Coordinate with internal teams (R&D, Marketing, Sampling) for smooth project execution
  • Visit client offices, manufacturing sites, and distribution channels as needed
  • Ensure strong market coverage and retail feedback through regular interactions
  • Maintain and update sales activities using CRM tools
  • Represent the brand at trade exhibitions, seminars, and client presentations
  • Assist in post-sales technical support and feedback collection

What You Bring

  • Willingness to travel locally and across India for client visits and product demos
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills – ability to communicate technical concepts simply
  • Experience in B2B or technical sales (preferably in chemicals, cosmetics, or fragrance / flavor industry)
  • Understanding (or readiness to learn) about retail, distribution, and client servicing
  • Sound knowledge of distribution channels, retail sales, and market operations
  • Degree in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, or a related field
  • Suitable For
