About VOIS India : Job Requirement :

Role purpose :

Own end-to-end delivery of technology projects / programs, ensuring scope, quality, timelines, and budget are met.

Define and manage delivery roadmaps, milestones, and dependencies.

Translate business requirements into technical deliverables.

Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment with strategic goals.

Lead cross-functional teams (developers, architects, QA, DevOps, vendors) to achieve delivery objectives.

Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement

Drive Agile / Scrum ceremonies and ensure smooth sprint execution

Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur

Help teams implement changes effectively

Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint

Review code, enforce coding standards, and promote best practices in software engineering

Must Have Skills :

• BIBDA & BSS Domain Knowledge
• TDM
• Project / Program Management
