About the Role

Qualifications

Graduate required.

Minimum 1 year of experience in upload and download of digital assets, content management, ensuring quality of content, and meeting minimum requirements of content standards as set by the client.

MS Office – Able to effectively use MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint.

Project Management and Coordination skills, including timeline management and task prioritization

Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills for stakeholder management, both internally and externally

Analytical and Problem-Solving skills to ensure smooth project execution and issue resolution

Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail

Flexibility and adaptability to work in the US shift schedule

Prior experience in healthcare, consulting, or related domains is a plus
