Job Title : Customer Service Executive – US Travel Process (Work From Home)

Responsibilities :

Handle inbound / outbound calls and assist US-based customers with flight bookings, changes, and queries.

Ensure excellent customer experience through clear communication and problem-solving.

Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and follow company processes.

Upsell ancillary services (baggage, seats, insurance, hotels) where applicable.

Qualifications :

Strong proficiency in spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate clearly with international customers.

Experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, or related roles.

Skills in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and enhancing Customer Experience.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Experience in the aviation or travel industry is a plus.

Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.

High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree preferred.
