Job descriptionShare daily / weekly nutrition content in the Meals & Mindful Eating groups Answer basic habit & nutrition questions Run polls, conversational prompts, and check-ins Maintain a warm, inclusive, non-judgmental communication style Collaborate with RenewU’s subject-matter experts across nutrition, mental wellness & lifestyle Contribute recipes, nutrition frameworks, and meal ideas Support in developing RenewU’s signature nutrition eBooks If the eBook gets launched, you will receive passive revenue share in addition to your monthly stipend Certified (or pursuing) Nutritionist / Dietitian / Health Coach Familiarity with special populations (PCOS, thyroid disorders, diabetes, insulin resistance, pregnancy / postpartum, perimenopause) and the dietary guidelines relevant to each Passionate about women’s realistic, everyday wellness Comfortable shooting raw recipe content on phone Warm, empathetic, and naturally good at communication Comfortable being active inside WhatsApp groups Strong at simplifying nutrition for everyday Indian women Organised, punctual, and consistent with content timelines Recipe development Basic Canva or video editing Strong written communication Ability to follow a structured content calendar Experience inside one of India’s fastest-growing women’s wellness communities Mentorship, structure, and consistent creative feedback Your content published across RenewU’s platforms Opportunity to co-create eBooks with revenue share A warm, supportive environment rooted in empathy and impact Your resume Instagram link or sample content 3–5 recipe videos / nutrition posts A short note on why you want to work in women’s wellness

RenewU is a women-only wellness initiative co-founded by Sameera Reddy (former Indian actress & wellness advocate) and Ashwyn Barreto (Founder of ThatLifestyleCoach).
Launched in April 2025 as a single WhatsApp community, RenewU has grown into a fast-expanding wellness movement with 4,000+ active members and 17,000+ social followers , powered by daily nudges, expert conversations, habit-driven challenges, and a warm, supportive community space for women across India.

We run one of India’s fastest-growing women’s wellness communities — across WhatsApp, Instagram, and our programs — and we’re now looking for a Nutrition & Content Intern who can bring warmth, creativity, and everyday wellness wisdom into our ecosystem.
About the Role
This internship sits at the heart of RenewU’s content + community ecosystem .
You will play a hybrid role that combines :
✨ Simple, healthy food content creation
✨ Recipe videos for Instagram & WhatsApp
✨ Habit-based nutrition guidance
✨ Community support inside our women-only WhatsApp groups
This is an opportunity for someone who wants to grow in the areas of nutrition, content creation, women’s wellness, and digital community building .
What You’ll Be Doing 1. Content Creation (Instagram + WhatsApp + YouTube Shorts)
- Curate simple, healthy, culturally relevant recipes
- Shoot raw recipe videos (our in-house team will edit & finalize the videos)
- Create short-form nutrition hacks, habit tips, and meal ideas
- Support weekly content themes across the RenewU community
- Upload your content directly inside the WhatsApp groups
- (Instagram uploads will be handled by our internal team)
