Job Summary

Role -AI / ML Engineering Lead / Architect Location : Bengaluru Years of Experience : 7-10 Years Job Summary : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead / Architect with a strong background in AI / ML Engineering to join our dynamic team at Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative architecture solutions that leverage artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies. This role requires a deep understanding of AI / ML principles, as well as the ability to collaborate with cross functional teams to drive successful project outcomes. Responsibilities : Design and develop scalable architecture solutions that integrate AI / ML technologies into existing systems. Lead architectural discussions and decisions, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical requirements. Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product managers to define and implement AI / ML models and algorithms. Evaluate and recommend tools, frameworks, and technologies to enhance AI / ML capabilities. Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior team members on best practices in AI / ML engineering. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in AI / ML and incorporate them into architectural designs. Document architectural designs, processes, and best practices for future reference. Participate in project planning and estimation activities, ensuring timely delivery of architecture solutions. Mandatory Skills : Proven experience in AI / ML engineering, with a strong portfolio of successful projects. Expertise in machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar. Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or Scala. In depth knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their AI / ML services. Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to work in a fast paced environment. Preferred Skills : Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka. Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI / CD pipelines. Knowledge of data visualization tools and techniques. Experience in Agile methodologies and project management. Qualifications : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 7-10 years of experience in software architecture, with a focus on AI / ML engineering. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams. Proven track record of delivering high quality architecture solutions on time and within budget.
