Key Responsibilities :

Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos aligned with brand tone.

Design and integrate motion graphics and VFX to elevate storytelling.

Edit 18-20 shorts and 2 / 3 long form in a month.

Content buckets : On-Ground reports, Visual storytelling, Explainer videos, Travelling, Event / Collab

Stay ahead of digital and cultural trends to craft fresh, viral content.

Collaborate closely with the creative, editorial, and field production teams.

Manage multiple timelines, versions, and deliverables across platforms.

Optimize videos for YouTube, Instagram, and other social media formats.

Maintain a strong storytelling arc and emotional coherence in every cut.

Skills Required :

Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects / Blender or DaVinci Resolve.

Strong grasp of motion graphics, typography, and visual rhythm.

Awareness of social media trends and editing aesthetics.

Familiarity with sound design, color grading, and export workflows.

Soft Skills :

Passionate about filmmaking, storytelling, Indian culture and socio-politics, and visual experimentation.

Energetic and self-driven with a “let’s make it happen” mindset.

Comfortable working beyond comfort zones and tight deadlines.

Strong sense of ownership, collaboration, and creative problem-solving.
