Job Title : Graphic Designer

Location : Remote

Shift : 7pm – 4am IST

Industry : Digital Marketing | Small to Mid-Sized Business (SMB) Focus

Responsibilities :

Brand Representation :

Create on-brand graphics for digital, including lead generation creatives, marketing collateral, advertisements, and web assets.
Adhere to the Simplia Brand Guidelines (logo usage, color palette, typography, and layout consistency).

Concept Development :

Collaborate with lead generation team and creative teams to develop graphics

Create graphics for running google / meta ads

Project Management :

Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Implement feedback from internal reviews and maintain version control of assets.

Quality Assurance :

Ensure all designs are optimized for their intended platforms (web, mobile, print) and meet resolution standards.

Required Qualifications

Education & Experience :

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

Minimum of 3-4 years of professional experience in graphic design.

Technical Skills :

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent design tools.

Knowledge of design principles, color theory, and typography.

Portfolio :

A robust portfolio demonstrating a range of design projects, creativity, and technical expertise.

Soft Skills :

Strong attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Effective communication skills to articulate design concepts and receive feedback constructively.
