Job descriptionFoster a positive and inclusive learning environment conducive to academic success and personal growth. Address student concerns and provide guidance and counseling support as needed. Collaborate with teachers and parents to identify and address individual student needs. Develop and manage schedules, timetables, and academic calendars for middle school grades. Coordinate extracurricular activities, events, and field trips for middle school students. Manage student records, attendance, and disciplinary matters in collaboration with school administration. Assist in the recruitment and evaluation of middle school teaching staff. Facilitate communication between middle school teachers, administration, parents, and students. Conduct regular meetings and professional development sessions for middle school faculty. Collaborate with other school coordinators and administrators to ensure continuity and alignment across grade levels. Stay informed about best practices in middle school education and curriculum development. Participate in ongoing professional development activities to enhance leadership and instructional skills. Bachelor's degree in Education or related field; Master's degree preferred. Teaching certification or relevant qualifications, B.Ed. preferred. Proven experience in middle school education, preferably in a CBSE-affiliated school. Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Handsome Salary Travel convenience

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Middle School Coordinator to join a CBSE-affiliated school in Hyderabad. The Middle School Coordinator will play a pivotal role in providing leadership and support to teachers and students in the middle school division.
Responsibilities :

- Coordinate the implementation of the CBSE curriculum for middle school grades.
- Monitor teaching and learning activities to ensure alignment with curriculum standards.
- Provide guidance and support to teachers in instructional planning and delivery.
