Team leadership or supervisory skills to manage maintenance staff effectively. Relevant technical qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering. Good understanding of workplace safety regulations and compliance standards.

Role Description(Maintenance Supervisor / Maintenance Engineer)
This is a full-time on-site role for a Maintenance Engineer / Maintenance Supervisor located in Kolkata. The Maintenance Engineer / Maintenance Supervisor will identify and resolve maintenance issues, handle repairs efficiently, and contribute to the optimization of production processes through reliable maintenance practices.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of plant machinery and equipment
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
- Ensure minimal downtime and smooth production operations
- Maintain records of maintenance activities and spare parts
