About the job :

As a Motion Experience Designer, you will be responsible for designing streamlined UX motion experiences for our app and generating high-quality 3D artefacts such as icons, illustrations and motion graphics. You will work alongside our writers, illustrators and motion designers to complement their work with 3D and elevate our visual storytelling. You need to be a passionate, experienced, and detail-oriented designer—someone who has a proven record of creating polished, immersive, and high-performing motion and illustration content. You live and breathe motion and cinematography. You are comfortable both conceptualizing and executing motion design across digital platforms—often using AI to accelerate your workflow. You will collaborate closely with designers, developers, marketers, and product managers to ensure that visuals are both effective and delightful.

What will you be responsible for :

• UX Motion Design : Create seamless and engaging motion experiences for app journeys, transitions, and micro-interactions.
• 3D Artefact Creation : Design high-quality 3D icons, banners, and illustrations that enhance the visual appeal of our products.
• Product Illustration : Collaborate with our 2D illustrator to extend and complement visual narratives across platforms.
• Dev Hand-off and Motion Specs : In case of Lottie and Rive animations, create detailed motion specifications that will help front-end developers implement the designs up to expectations.
• Creative Direction : Contribute to the visual direction and storytelling of digital experiences, ensuring consistency and brand alignment.
• Performance Awareness : Design visuals that are optimized for speed, accessibility, and user engagement.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with design, product, marketing, and development teams to align visuals with business goals and user needs.
• Quality Assurance : Conduct Creative QA of artefacts to ensure they are implemented with pixel-perfection and as per specifications.
• Stay Up to date : Keep up with AI, design trends, tools, and best practices. Continuously improve and innovate our visual strategy.
