- To lead and manage the Agri Banking business across the assigned cluster / region by driving sales, ensuring portfolio growth, maintaining asset quality, and developing strong customer and stakeholder relationships.
- Responsible for achieving business targets, expanding market presence, and ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulatory guidelines.

Business Growth :
Achieve monthly / quarterly business targets for Agri loans, deposits & fee income.Increase cluster market share in Agri finance.Portfolio Quality :
Maintain PAR (Portfolio at Risk) & NPA within approved limits.Ensure timely renewal and monitoring of accounts.Team Productivity :
Ensure 100% manpower availability at branches.Drive team performance through training, reviews, and target achievements.Customer & Stakeholder Engagement :
Strengthen relationships with farmers, FPOs, agri-MSMEs, and co-operatives.Leverage government schemes & subsidy programs for business.Compliance & Risk :
100% adherence to audit norms, credit policy, and regulatory guidelines.Zero tolerance for compliance lapses.Innovation & Digital :
Drive digital penetration (UPI, KCC cards, mobile banking, etc.) in rural / agri segment.Support adoption of new agri-linked financial products.Requirements :
Graduate / Post-Graduate in Agriculture, Agri Business, Finance, or related fields (MBA preferred).8 to 10 years of banking experience with strong exposure to Agri / Rural banking with both b2b and b2b experience .Proven track record in sales, business development, and portfolio management.Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.Knowledge of local Agri markets, government schemes, and agri value chains.
