Role Description

This is a full-time remote role as a Freelance Lawyer with a minimum of 3 years of experience. The role focuses on delivering legal services including legal research, drafting, and reviewing contracts, providing advisory services, and resolving disputes. The freelancer will leverage India Lawshield's platform to engage with clients and provide expert legal solutions in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Legal Research, Contract Drafting, and Document Review
• Proficiency in Legal Advisory, Dispute Resolution, and Negotiations
• Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
• Ability to work independently, ensuring accuracy and compliance in deliverables
• Experience with technology-driven legal services is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B) with relevant certifications is required
• Minimum 3 years of professional legal experience
