Job Title : Senior Manager – Business Development (Solar)

Location : Mumbai

Role and Responsibilities :

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Renewable Energy sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients.
  • Lead negotiations and close deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions for clients.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.

Qualifications & Skills :

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 4–8 years of experience in sales / business development, preferably in Renewable Energy or related industries.
  • Strong networking and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
